In Lagos, the largest city in Nigeria and across Africa, the non-profit LEAP Africa is working to develop the next generation of African leaders, through leadership programs, financial aid and educational assistance.

Two of LEAP’s achievements are Mamamoni: a female-led fin-tech outfit that grants small loans to low-income females, and Ignite Teens: a youth-led organisation that focuses on the mental health of school children growing up in poverty.
